Shipment

Enjoy FREE USPS shipping within the United States and Canada on orders totaling $100 or more. (Please note this offer excludes punches and plate benders, ink roller sets, and items over 40 pounds.) For international shipping inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you make the appropriate arrangements.

Driving

We prioritize efficiency in delivering your orders promptly. All in-stock items ship within 4 business days from the time of purchase. Your satisfaction is our commitment, and our goal is to get your products to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Press Parts Pro, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, make sure you have a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will promptly notify you by email of the status of your return.

Late or not received refunds: If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend that you follow the following steps:

1. Double check your bank account to make sure the refund has not been credited to you.

2. Contact your credit card issuer as it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.

3. Please contact your bank as it may take some processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Please note that all parts are subject to restocking fees as part of our returns policy. We strive to provide you with the best quality parts and services, and our returns policy is designed to ensure a fair and hassle-free process for all of our valued customers.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times

We ship spare parts within 4 days after payment of the order. If you are urgent, please contact us to make special arrangements.

Free shipping in the US

We ship items from Miami, FL, offering free shipping within the US for orders over $100. For international orders we look for the best option between price and speed with several companies such as DHL, Fedex, servientrega, etc.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns are subject to part inspection and a replacement charge.
